Item Description:
The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS), intends to engage the services of a qualified and professional contractor(s) capable of conducting Financial Due Diligence/Risk Analysis services on an ‘as required’ basis for companies to be awarded contracts of high value (more than USD 500,000.00).
The objective of the due diligence check/risk analysis, is to enable UNSOS to determine whether the contractor is in good financial standing with adequate resources to execute the UNSOS Contracts and to ensure that UNSOS is not exposed to risk of poor or non-performance due to lack of financial capacity of the contractors.
Vendor Response Forms must be completed in full and supported by the requested information providing the evidence of the company’s ability to satisfy UNSOS’s requirement. UNSOS reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest documents that are incomplete, or are received after the stated deadline. Vendors/Companies interested in this published REOI should submit the following documentation on or before 31 March 2019.

Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
