MONUSCO hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the establishment of a long-term contract (2+1+1+1) for the provision of Packaging materials and consumables to MONUSCO as stated herein.
Description of General Requirements:
- Tarpulins / – Ratchet straps / – Strapping buckle – Strapping tensioner and cutter
- Strapping poly crimper
- Plastic security seals
- Self-locking cable ties
- Measurement tapes
- Dangerous goods specification boxes
- Fiberboard / Cardboard/ Carton boxes
- Adhesive tapes
- Static strapping dispenser
- Strapping roll
- Bubble wrap
- Plastic edge protectors
- Power stretch machine film
- Container twist locks
Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by courier, hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below.
The EOI must include as a minimum, the following documentation/information:
- Brief relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience in providing similar requirement.
- Company’s contact details (address, telephone and e-mail), etc.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the submission deadline; change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process, or select invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of capability in delivering similar requirement. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
The EOI, clearly marked “Provision of Packaging Materials and Consumables to MONUSCO”, must be received by MONUSCO no later than Friday, 15 March 2019, via email to togbad@un.org; islam35@un.org with copy to monusco-procurement@un.org, courier or hand-delivery to the following address:
