Provision of Motor Local Third Party Liability Insurance

The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) has a requirement for the Provision of Motor Local Third Party Liability Insurance for UNMISS in South Sudan Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: i. United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number. (Mandatory – see no. 2 below) ii. Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.); iii. Vendors must be registered at UNGM in order to participate in this solicitation exercise. 2. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: http://www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the services required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding.). Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. UNMISS also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements. 4. Vendors registered at Basic Level and Level 1 are strongly advised to upgrade to Level 2 under the United Nations Global Market. 5.
