Supply of Lighting and Accessories to ADB

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive bids from prospective bidders for the Lighting and Accessories Supply to ADB.

Interested Bidders are advised to send their complete contact details (i.e. name of firm, address, contact person and position, email address, telephone number) to jtiangco@adb.org to participate in the bidding and for future correspondence related to this bidding. Bid Bulletins will only be shared to Bidders who have provided their contact details.

To be qualified for the bidding, the Bidder must:

1. Have an independent legal existence as a validly registered company in the Philippines for a minimum of three (3) years with a capability in providing the Lighting and Accessories Supply to ADB;
2. Have an independent legal existence as a validly registered company engaged in supply of lighting and accessories for at least three (3) years;
3. Have a sound financial standing (i.e. positive net worth) over the last three (3) years, from 2015 to 2017. As a minimum, the Bidder’s net worth, calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities, should be positive;
4. Have supplied lighting and accessories to at least five (5) international organizations, government institutions, multinational companies, or major foreign embassies; and
5. Not be under a declaration or record of ineligibility for corrupt and/or fraudulent practices issued or kept by ADB.

There will be a Pre-bid Meeting on 18 March 2019, 3:00 PM (Manila Time) at 2nd Floor ADB HQ,

Room 21222 SW at the above address for inquiries and/or clarifications for the bidding.

Your bid should reach ADB Coupa eProc system by 2:00 PM of 26 March 2019 (Manila time).

ADB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for ADB’s action.

This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise. Any cost of preparation of the bid shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
