Item Description:
The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to Sierra Leone, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose
The contractor shall provide the human and material resources necessary to provide IT services such as end-user support (1st level), technical assistance with ICT software, hardware and equipment, including IMAC actions, administrative assistance related to ICT and on-call IT support services.
