Information Management System Development for Municipal Solid Waste, IBRD Gaza

Item Description:

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) invites qualified firms to develop an open source, reprogrammable information system that can be adapted to various municipal administrative and operational services in a variety of contexts. The information system will provide the basic modules and main building blocks needed for municipalities to adopt, implement and customize their own system based on their needs.

The final product (information system developed) will be housed in IBRD owned and approved platform. The open source will be licensed to IBRD and IBRD will maintain ownership of all intellectual property, including project-developed software licenses, source code, system design frameworks, manuals, documentation and other relevant components at the completion of this project.
