The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requests you to submit your Proposal for the Providing professional services on developing design package for seismic upgrades, energy efficiency improvements and reconstruction of 3 kindergartens in administrative districts of Yerevan (the detailed TOR is attached separately as Annex 1a).

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.

Proposals may be submitted on or before Friday, 12 April 2019, 4:00 pm local Yerevan time (GMT +4) via email, courier mail below (sealed in envelope):
