Item Description:
The World Health Organization, the Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office (WHO/EMRO), is seeking offers for attached list of supplies (Annex 2) to be delivered to Dubai hub.
You are invited to submit your offer for the above mentioned Invitation to bid for the World Health Organization (WHO), EMRO region noting that all related information in Annex 2 must be filled.
Please note that this ITB will be submitted through the UNGM portal.
Submission of Offers: will be through the UNGM; latest on the 10 April 2019 by 23:59 (Cairo local time).
Selection Criteria: The Best received competitive offer will be awarded based on price (80%) and delivery time (20%).
Exclusion criteria: Offers with lead time more than 4 weeks will be excluded as the ITB covers a real emergency case.
Partial delivery could be acceptable noting that the first shipment must be at least 50% of the requested quantity and must be delivered within 4 weeks from the receipt of award.
