Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Secondary Green City Development Project and intends to apply a part of the proceeds of this financing for payments under the contract package named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ha Giang City’s People’s Committee represented by Secondary Green City Development Project Management Unit – Ha Giang City (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Package HG-CW08: Replacement of Street Lighting System by LED Technology. The scope of works includes replacement of Street Lighting System by LED Technology; Installation of 351 sets of Led 240W; installation of 128 sets of Led 200W; installation of 409 sets of Led 160W; installation of 514 sets of Led 120W; installation of 41 cabinets of electrical cabinets and smart lighting control equipment, and installation of intelligent management and control software.
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
