Provision of HVAC Maintenance Services for UNICEF Country Office located in Beirut

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Lebanon would like to tender for the provision of “HVAC Maintenance Services for UNICEF Country Office located in Beirut” as stipulated in the attached LRPS and Annexes 1 (TOR) & 2 (Price List). Hence, I am writing to invite you for submitting your proposal to LRPS-2019-9147683.

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) and must be sent in two separate emails not later than 12:00h, 29 April 2019: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.

– Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2019-9147683) – name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

–Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2019-9147683) – name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal (Annex 2)

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (tzeidani@unicef.org &  sselwan@unicef.org) by latest: 23 April 2019 and will not be considered through phone calls.

Kindly make sure that the e-mail mentions the LRPS reference number LRPS-2019-9147683.

SITE VISIT & PRE BID MEETING:

You are invited to attend a MANDATORY site visit and pre-bid briefing to ensure familiarity with the conditions of the UNICEF Premises so that you are fully aware of the intended requirement, prior to submission of bids. The site visit and pre-bidding briefing has been scheduled on 17 April 2019, 10:00 AM at UNICEF OFFICE, SAMA BEIRUT, ACHRAFIEH, BEIRUT.
