Provision of Human Resources Services for Recruitment of Short-Term Staff for the Regional Directorate General South (RDGS)

Item Description:

The African Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) intends to appoint a local firm to manage Short-Term Staff services on an as-needed basis. The Short-Term Staff will be employees of the appointed Agency and seconded to the Bank, where they will be subject to the Bank’s day-to-day supervision. The Agency will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with the labor laws of the host country. In addition, the Service Provider will deliver the necessary administrative and support services, respond to queries, and assist the Bank in addressing and resolving matters related to the recruitment and management of Short-Term Staff at RDGS in Pretoria.
