Purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP)

The Bank is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to enter into an agreement with the Offeror providing the overall best value to the Bank to furnish and install a DMR Radio Communications System at the Bank’s Headquarters buildings in Washington, DC as detailed in the DMR Functional Specifications attached hereto as Annex A. This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of the Bank’s requirements to enable them to respond.
