Item Description:
The European Medicines Agency (referred to below as ‘EMA’ or ‘the Agency’) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, this invitation letter, the tender specifications and their annexes including the draft contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Purpose
The EMA, Eurojust and EUROPOL consider that they may require the supply of temporary agency workers for interim assignments, notably in case of abnormal workload or to provide specific services, for general corporate or specialised scientific/highly technical support tasks.Multiple framework contracts in cascade with a maximum of three contractors for each of the two lots are envisaged. Suppliers may tender for one or both lots.
