Item Description:
The European Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP file.
Objective of this tender
The objective of this tender is to establish two framework contracts for the provision of guarding and front desks services to EUSPA. Taking into account the different nature and objectives of the activities to be performed, the procurement procedure is divided in two lots as follows:
- lot 1: provision of guarding services to EUSPA,
- lot 2: provision of front desk services to EUSPA.
EUSPA reserves the right to launch an exceptional negotiated procedure for new services with the same Contractor in case of need, as foreseen in Article 164(5)(f) in connection with point 11.1(e) of Annex I of FR. The maximum additional value of new services would be 50% of the initial value of the Contract.
