Supply of catering services

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) is a public international organization, consisting of 194 Member States, and a Specialized Agency of the United Nations with the mandate to act as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work. As such, WHO is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet WHO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.

The WHO invites specialized catering companies to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for supply of catering management services for its HQ site in Geneva (approx. 2’800 staff, the site also welcomes visitors on a daily basis to attend meetings and conferences).

Through this procurement process, WHO seeks to identify and contract a provider to supply catering services for the period 2020 – 2025.
