Feasibility Study – Mutual for Caribbean Water Utility Companies

The Inter-American Investment Corporation (hereinafter “IDB Invest”) is a member of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group and is responsible for providing financial products to the private sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. Purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP)

IDB Invest is issuing this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified firms to enter an agreement with the Offeror(s) providing the overall best value to IDB Invest to provide Consultancy Services (“Services”) as a third-party services provider as detailed in the Terms of Reference attached hereto as Annex A.

This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of IDB Invest’s requirements to enable them to respond.

Listed below is the schedule for activities related to this RFP. The following schedule reflects the expected completion dates, which may be modified by IDB Invest at any time at its sole discretion.
