GMS middleware management for RFID network

Item Description:

The Universal Postal Union (UPU) was founded in 1874 in Berne, Switzerland, with the main goal of establishing a single postal territory for the reciprocal exchange of letter-post items and adopting common principles for the international postal service in a non-discriminatory manner. Currently comprising 192 member countries, the UPU became a specialized agency of the United Nations in 1948.

The UPU has a requirements for the provision of support and operation of the existing GMS RFID Network solution (qualified softw. Mgt). Propose cost-effective dev. and innovative softw.:

1. Phase 1 (03.06.19-23.12.19) Procurement: IoT platform covering default asset mgt and monitoring application; RFID Middleware and mgt application; RFID hardware, business rules, configuration user interface; Central repository (EPCIS): receive, store, route all data, manage backup; Migration existing middleware in RFID hardware; Manual guide for install. procedure and user manual.
2. Phase 2 (06.01.20-30.04.21) Applications dev: Container registry – integration IoT platform: IoT platform covering, Middleware mgt applic; Platform integration with the ticketing tool (Jira); Log Files dashboard monitoring application for GMS RFID Network and database; Manual guide training contents; Handover source code and software licences

Solutions must include warranties, maintenance and support.
