Thematic Review of the Implementation of Gender-Responsive Programming at Country Level

Item Description:

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) now invites potential Suppliers to submit proposals to evaluate the implementation of programming relating to the new Global Fund’s Strategy 2017-2022 Strategic Objective (3a): Scaling up programs to reach women and girls; and (3b): Addressing gender and age related disparities at country-level. The evaluation will assess plans, policies and programmes (related to the three diseases and Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health – RSSH) that have been designed and implemented in accordance with identified gender-specific needs (with a primary focus on women and adolescent girls), within country contexts receiving Global Fund support. The review will provide strategic guidance for implementing Strategic Objectives 3a and 3b, and will also provide a baseline for the forthcoming TERG Prospective Country Evaluations (“PCEs”).
