Hydropower Electromechanical (HEM) Generation Equipment and Hydraulic Steel Structure (HSS) Replacement for Uch Kurgan Hydropower Plant (HPP) Rehabilitation — Design, Supply, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning

The Government of Kyrgyz Republic has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) toward the cost of L3778/G0643 Uch-Kurgan Hydropower Plant Modernization Project. The Government of Kyrgyz Republic intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. No nationality restrictions apply, other than any restrictions arising from ITB 4.8.

The Open Joint Stock Company Electric Power Plants (EPP) (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Hydropower Electromechanical (HEM) Generation Equipment and Hydraulic Steel Structure (HSS) Replacement for Uch Kurgan Hydropower Plant (HPP) Rehabilitation — Design, Supply, Installation, Pre- commissioning and Commissioning Works and Services (the “Works”). The works mainly include design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of works and services at turnkey basis, as detailed and specified in the Bidding Documents. Completion period is 16 November 2024.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders without nationality restrictions.
