The European Commission, Directorate General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes.
The objective of the contract is to have a plan design in place that will offer retirement savings for humanitarian individual experts (Technical Assistants), and will be administered and managed by the provider.
