Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders is to select one or more contractors to provide end user support services to OECD staff.
This call for tenders is divided into 3 lots:
Lot 1: End User Support Managed Services for ServiceDesk, End User Equipment and Advanced Support
Lot 2: IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow consulting Lot 3: ServiceNow licences
The limit date for submission of offer is Monday, 3rd June 2019, 3:00pm (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
