Welthungerhilfe in Toliara Madagascar is launching a call for tenders to make “a feasibility study for a waste incinerator in the waste disposal and recycling centre, also known as “Centre de Stockage et de Valorisation des Déchets”(CSVD) for the PASSAT 2 project (Support to the Public and Private Solid Waste Management Sector in Madagascar). This study will provide technical, economic, legal and organizational data validating the infrastructure.
This call is intended for consulting firms, groups of consultants or individual consultants with proven experience in setting up a waste incinerator which respects technical and environmental standards in accordance with Malagasy laws.
Tenders must be sent to the WELTHUNGERHILFE, Villa Star N°01, Boulevard Branly, à côté du collège Français Etienne de Flacourt, Tuléar,, no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at noon with a technical and financial informations in two (02) copies (COPY AND ORIGINAL) in a closed envelope at the following address:

L’ONG allemande WELTHUNGERHILFE à Tuléar Madagascar lance un appel d’offre pour « une étude de faisabilité pour la mise à place d’un incinérateur au Centre de Stockage et Valorisation des Déchets de Tuléar » pour le projet PASSAT 2 (Support au service public et privé de gestion de déchets). Cette étude permettra d’obtenir des données techniques, économiques, juridiques et organisationnelles validant l’infrastructure.
Cet appel s’adresse à des bureaux d’études, groupes de consultants ou consultants individuels ayant une expérience confirmée en matière de mise en place d’un incinérateur de déchets respectant normes techniques et environnementales conformément aux lois malagasy.
Les offres devront parvenir au bureau du projet de la WELTHUNGERHILFE, Villa Star N°01, Boulevard Branly, à côté du collège Français Etienne de Flacourt, Tuléar, au plus tard le Mercredi 15 Mai 2019 à 12 heures contenant une offre technique et une offre financière en deux (02) exemplaires (COPIE ET ORIGINAL) dans une enveloppe fermée à l’adresse suivante :
