Provision of Project Management and Programme Management Services – Headquarters Project.

Item Description:

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) intends to select a suitably qualified company to provide project management and programme management services to assist with the design and fit out of its Headquarters Project.

The EBRD has recently signed the Lease Agreement with Canary Wharf Group for its new HQ building located in 5 Bank Street, Canary Wharf.

The HQ Project leading to this signing commenced in October 2017 with the objective of identifying a suitable facility for the HQ building to be located in London.  Phase 1 of the HQ project identified 5 Bank Street in Canary Wharf as the Bank’s preferred option for its future HQ building in London.

Subsequently, Phase 2 of the HQ Project entailed, inter alia, the detailed due diligence of the 5 Bank Street building and the technical, commercial and legal negotiations with the Developer (Canary Wharf Group) for Levels 12 to 24, comprising c. 366,000 sq. ft.  Phase 2 concluded with the signing the Agreement for Lease and associated capital expenditure in April 2019.

Phase 3 of the project has now commenced and the objectives of this Phase and subsequent Phases are outlined in the attached scope of requirements.

Interested companies are hereby invited to submit responses to the Pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ).

PQQ and Scope of Services

Only Companies whose responses to the pre-qualification questions are fully compliant will be deemed to be pre-qualified for the next stage of the procurement process.
