Supply and Installation of Equipment of Three-Prevention (Flood, Drought, and Typhoon) Management Center

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Guangdong Chaonan Water Resources Development and Protection Demonstration Project. Part of the loan intends to finance payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Chaonan Water Conservation Construction and Management Center (“the Employer”), invites sealed bid from all eligible Bidders for the Supply and Installation of Equipment of Three-Prevention (Flood, Drought, and Typhoon) Management Center (G9). Within three and a half (3.5) months after contract, all the equipment are delivered to the project site.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
