Procurement of Plant – Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SCADA Phase 3 and Revenue Metering System (RMS) for NTDC

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Second Power Transmission Enhancement Investment Program – Tranche 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the “Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SCADA Phase 3 and Revenue Metering System (RMS) for NTDC” (“the Works”). The works mainly include design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of works and services on turnkey basis, as detailed and specified in the Bidding Documents. The Time for Completion of the whole of the Facilities shall be 1,095 days from the Effective Date as described in the Contract Agreement.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
