CERN intends to place a contract for the supply and installation of a X-ray diffractometer (XRD) including a grazing incidence XRD, a high-temperature oven chamber and a robust programmable XYZ stage with enough space for big parts and multiple samples.
Interested firms shall have a proven competence and well-established experience in providing XRD systems and associated aftersales service.
