Construction for core shelter in Diyala

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Construction for core shelter, IOM now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Companies/Service Providers for the Construction for core shelter in Diyala.

The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following:

• Company profile including updated registration licenses and a proof that taxes are paid up to date, most recently 2018 submission and certificate of tax compliance;
• Previous experience (provide a list of previous projects implemented during the last 3 years) in construction and/or rehabilitation projects in the area of project implementation. With value of over 100,000 , including the testimonies & references;
• Proposed resources, including essential staff (including CVs, assets that will be allocated to this project);
• Civil Engineering & Architecture – A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in civil engineering and project management;
• Annual turnover or bank statement for last year with minimum turnover of at least 500,000 USD.

The Expression of Interest shall be submitted in original copy and should be received by hand marked with company name and indicating the (REFERENCE NUMBER 2931) to IOM Erbil office with office address at Gulan street, next to Hungarian consulate, IOM (tender box) . ” no later than 19 Jun 2019 11:00 AM.

On the basis of the above information, IOM shall draw up the shortlist of Companies/Service Providers Only Short-listed Companies/Service Providers will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
