Item Description:

UNICEF Romania wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Maintenance and extra development of Aurora (IT Application) as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.

Mark on the outside of the envelope: Company name and LRPS-2019-9150496-Maintenance and development of Aurora

The reference LRPS-2019-9150496-Maintenance and development of Aurora and Company Name must be shown on the envelope containing the Technical Proposal and on the envelope containing the Price Proposal, as well as on the outer packaging containing both envelopes.

The bid form (pg. 2) must be used when replying to this request for proposal.

The Proposals MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above address by latest on Wednesday, 31ST July 2019, at 15:00.

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

It is important that you read all of the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.

Questions from Proposers.  Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by EMAIL to Mr. Hoang Van Nguyen at hvnguyen@unicef.org , with cc: Bucharest@unicef.org .   The deadline for receipt of any questions is 29th July 2019, 16h00.

IMPORTANT:  PROPOSALS ARE NOT TO BE SENT TO THE INDIVIDUAL STATED ABOVE – ANY PROPOSALS SENT TO THE ABOVE NAMED INDIVIDUAL WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
