Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, the Philippines, wishes to receive information from accredited and licensed global or regional real estate brokerage, property management and market research firms to outline their services and its corresponding price range.
Background
ADB has a membership of some sixty-eight [68] countries. ADB currently maintains forty – four [44] Field Offices (FOs) in forty-two [42] of these countries. The number of FOs is constantly under review with plans underway to expand the number of FOs.
ADB is moving to provide better, more efficient, effective, and streamlined real estate and property management services to FOs as well as improved administration and facilities management. Key to improved management and delivery of services is access to accurate, up to date information and data on the respective real estate, property and commercial facilities management markets in each of the respective FO countries.
ADB is seeking information from Real Estate Brokerage/ Property Management and Market Research firms as to their capability, the range of information and the range of services provided across the forty-two [42] countries currently serviced by FOs.
Scope of Work
ADB is seeking information from Real Estate Brokerage/ Property Management, and Market Research firms as to their annual subscription-based services that provides access to a range of comprehensive commercial property and facilities management information and data. If subscription-based services are not available, ADB would appreciate an indicative price range for the provision of such information and data.
Following receipt of information ADB intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of said services. This IDIQ is likely to be valid for a period of five [5] years. ADB may use the technical information from the RFI as a basis for short-listing.
