Provision of E-Card services

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of IOM Yemen emergency humanitarian activities, IOM now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Financial Service Providers for the Provision of E-Card services in Taizz and Al- Hudaydah governorates of Yemen.

The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following a.) Signed Request of Interest of asking to share the bidding documents, b.) range of relevant services offered, c.) Signed copy of this EOI.

The Interested Financial Service Providers may obtain the relevant bidding documents and instructions, by submission of an Expression of Interest to email address iomyemenprocbids@iom.int with email subject EOI_ Provision of E-Card services in Taizz and Al- Hudaydah governorates of Yemen. no later than 15 August 2019 1600hrs local time- the deadline of EOI submission.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
