Leasing of printers and printing services Kampala Field Office 5 year agreement

Item Description:

ICC would like to establish service and maintenance agreement for leased printers for the period of five  years starting from the date of delivery of the printers. Maintenance must include provision of requested cartridges at a fixed pre-defined price during the entire period of the maintenance contract.  ICC expects the winning bidder to perform regular service and maintenance inspection of the equipment. Only proposals including maintenance and support agreement will be considered.

A full description of our requirements will be provided to the interested vendors.
