Provision of Cleaning Service for UNICEF compound in Bangkok, Thailand

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) was created by the United Nations General Assembly on 11 December 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. In 1950, UNICEF’s mandate was extended to address the long-term needs of children and women in developing countries everywhere. In 1953 it became a permanent part of the United Nations System, and the words “international” and “emergency” were dropped from the organization’s name, making it simply the United Nations Children’s Fund, retaining the original acronym, “UNICEF”.

Objective of this tender

UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Office and Thailand Country Office wish to invite you to submit a bid for Cleaning Service for UNICEF office compound, in reference to LIBS-2019-9151086.

The LIBS document consist of:

• LIBS-2019-9151086 – LIBS document together with UNICEF general terms and condition – Annex A
• LIBS-2019-9151086  Cleaning Service – Full Term of Reference (TOR)

Mandatory bid submission document composes of;

1) Signed LIBS form – page 3 from ITB document

2) Company profile

3) Company policy on recruitment and indemnity;

4) Company registration document;

5) List of current and past clients including a minimum of 3 reference letters;

6) Your offer/quotation

Submission should be sent to designated email address stipulated on LIBS document The closing date of LIBS submission is on  15 August 2019 at 10:00 hrs Bangkok Time.

Site survey is available from 5 -7 August from 10:00 – 15:00 hrs. Appointment is required to schotiwarodom@unicef.org
