The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Xinjiang Changji Integrated Urban-Rural Infrastructure Demonstration Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract for QT-G1/Qitai County landfill operational equipment, management area, solid waste collection equipment. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The China International Tendering Company Limited was entrusted by Qitai County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the manufacturing, processing, testing and supplying of domestic waste collection and transportation system equipment and management area equipment and accessories, providing quality assurance services, providing relevant documents and information, and assuming relevant supplier responsibilities. The delivery period is 90 days from the contract signature.
National competitive bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
