Provision of Enhancement of IFAD Financial Model

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is an international financial institution and a specialised agency of the United Nations dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in rural areas of developing countries.

Objective of this tender

The enhancement of the current Financial Model for projections and liquidity planning is key for IFAD financial strategy.

The objective of this project is therefore to redevelop the existing Model to improve its technical performance (e.g. automated calculation in T-SQL and/or VBA or other programming language) and its main functionalities (e.g. projection of liquidity needs under new capital structure including bond issuance program), in order to produce outputs that meet IFAD’s needs and new policy guidelines.
