Construction of Water Supply System and Installation of the Pipeline, System Including Equipment and Auxiliary in Coc Pai Town, Nam Dan commune and Ban Ngo commune, Xin Man District

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Social Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Basic Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth in the Northeastern Provinces Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Project Management Unit of Ha Giang Provincial Department of Planning and Investment invites eligible contractors to submit online bid for the works under the Package HG-W05 consisting of the treatment plant that includes an operational office, a chemical warehouse – pumping station, a block consisting of mixing tank – clarifier and filter tank with average capacity of 2.200 m3/day and maximum of 2,600 m3/day, one clean water tanks with capacity of 500 m3 and other auxiliary works in Xin Man District, Ha Giang province. The construction period is 18 months.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope procedures and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
