Provision of various information and communication technology (ICT) components, accessories, and other supplies

The United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (UNIRMCT) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of the various information and communication technology (ICT) components, accessories, and other supplies.

The types of goods include, non-exhaustively:

• Network components, routers, switches, cables, etc; – Videocards, processors, sound cards, etc;
• Hard drives, flash drives, optical media etc.

A more detailed description of requirements will be provided in the solicitation documents.

The systems contract is anticipated to enter into force 01 January 2020 and endure until 31 December 2020, with two possible extensions of one year each, until 31 December 2021 and 31 December 2022 respectively. The projected maximum expenditure under the contract – indicatively and non-binding – is estimated at €52,000 for the life of the systems contract.

Kindly note that responding to the EOI does not guarantee your candidacy in the forthcoming solicitation that will be issued. A list of companies to be invited will be established subsequent to the review and analyses of the responses to this EOI exercise.
