Supply of Moisture meters for coffee and cocoa in East Africa Community

Item Description:

The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above subject. Bids are required to be received by ITC no later than DATE during business hours (the Closing Date).

This ITB consists of the letter, the subsequent instructions and the following annexes:

Annex A: Acknowledgement Letter
Annex B: Terms of references
Annex C: BID Form
Annex D: UN Conditions of contract for the provision of services.

You are kindly requested to return the attached Annex A – Acknowledgement Letter, duly signed by an authorized representative of your company, to the ITC via email to lagier@intracen.org, Attention: Ms. Eva Lagier, ITC Procurement Services, who shall serve as a focal point of contact with regard to this ITB, no later than nine days after the issuance date of this ITB. The letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid and if not, indicate the reason.
