Item Description:
The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) is seeking for qualified vendors for the establishment of a Long Term Contract (3 years + 1 + 1) for the Provision of Warehouse Equipment and Tools on an “as and when required” basis.
The required equipment and tools comprise:
Category I – Warehouse equipment
- Pallet truck, battery operated (estimated yearly quantity: 3)
- Handle platform trolley (estimated yearly quantity: 5)
- Scale pallet truck with printer (estimated yearly quantity: 2)
- Electronic scale Heavy duty (estimated yearly quantity: 1)
- Four drum spill pallet plastic (estimated yearly quantity: 10)
Category II: Tools
- Cordless mini angle grinder with spare batteries (estimated yearly quantity: 4 grinders – 8 spare batteries)
- Professional polisher grinder (estimated yearly quantity: 3)
- Angle and mini angle grinder (estimated yearly quantity: 1 angle – 2 mini angle)
- Cordless jigsaw with battery (estimated yearly quantity: 2)
- Blind riveter
- Professional mitre saw (estimated yearly quantity: 1)
- Soundproof air compressor (estimated yearly quantity: 1)
Only vendors that are able to supply 100% of the requested items per category will be considered for contract award.
In addition to the above listed items, vendors will be requested to provide minimum one (1) catalogue per each of the above categories.
All the requested items will be delivered on DAP basis (Incoterm 2010) to the UNGSC, Brindisi – Italy within twenty-two (22) working days.
All the offered items must comply with EU standards or equivalent and marked CE, or EN, or equivalent. All the offered products must comply with current Safety Rules and Regulations, Italian “Decreto Legislativo del 09 aprile 2008 – n. 81 E.S.M. and related updated versions or equivalent EU/International corresponding safety rules and regulations.
All offered items must be covered by a minimum one (1) year warranty.
