Item Description:
The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for an invitation to bid which it will issue shortly for the maintenance (preventive and curative) of lifting platforms at the Palais des Nations in Geneva (Switzerland).
At the Palais des Nations in Geneva, UNOG operates 9 lifting plateforms (7 outdoor and 2 indoor) and a mini PMR mobile lift.
The preventive maintenance will be performed according to the recommendations of the various original equipment manufacturers (Armo, Pangalift, Rieder, Neuwerth, H. Fritschi, Trapo Kung mainly). The visits for preventive maintenance will take place once a year onsite. UNOG will also request repair services based on quotation broken down into manpower (hourly rate) and cost for spare parts.
The aim is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) options for extension of one (1) year (3+1+1), subject to the satisfactory performance of the contractor and availability of funds.
This request for expression of interest (EOI) is not an invitation to bid. Only companies considered to be qualified by UNOG to supply such services will be invited to participate in the invitation to bid.
All responses will be treated in strict confidence.
CRITÈRES SPÉCIFIQUES / INFORMATIONS
- The bidder must be a specialized entity in this domain.
- The bidder must be incorporated for at least five (5) years.
- The bidder shall be able to intervene onsite upon request, within forty-eight (48) hours (working day, working hours).
