Item Description:

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

The IOM seeks for Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Conducting Assessment to Identify Climate Adaptive Solutions to Displacement. More details on the services are provided in the attached Request for proposal (RFP).

The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in thie RFP.

The RFP includes the following documents:

• Section I. Instructions to Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
• Section II. Technical Proposal – Standard Forms
• Section III. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms
• Section IV. Terms of Reference
• Section V. Standard Form of Contract

The Proposals must be submitted by email to procurement@rmsomalia.org on or before 26th September 2019 at exactly 17:00 hours (GMT +3). No late proposal shall be accepted.

For more information on the specifics of the assignement, kindly refer to the terms of Reference (TOR) in pages 30 to 36 of the RFP.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms.
