Maintenance, Support, Development and Additional Related Services of a Web-Based Virtual Coaching Tool (VCT)

Item Description:

The European Parliament is planning to award a public contract for Maintenance, support, development and additional related services of a web-based Virtual Coaching Tool (VCT). The tool is an e-learning platform for delivering remote one-to-one interpretation training, based on recorded audio and video speeches. The platform aims at supporting the efforts of DG LINC to supply high quality interpretation in a multilingual environment. In order to guarantee this, maintenance, updates, evolutions and adequate user support are necessary.

The maximum duration of the contract will be 4 years (initial one year contract, renewable maximum three times. Planned period: from 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2024).
