Provision of Oxygen Generating Plant and Ancillary Services for the United Nations Mission in South Sudan

The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the Provision of Oxygen Generating Plant and Ancillary Services at its premises in Juba the Republic of South Sudan.

Description of General requirements:

1. UNMISS is looking for a qualified company that can establish an Oxygen Generating Plant at its premises in Juba, South Sudan. The Oxygen Generating Plant will enable the refilling of medical oxygen cylinders for use for the provision of healthcare services throughout the Mission.

2. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing a fully equipped Oxygen Generating Plant that is:

2.1  able to fill cylinders to their work pressure.

2.2  able to fill three (3) types of cylinders i.e. 5kg-8kg;14kg-17 kg and 50kg-55kg.

3. The successful vendor shall be responsible for the installation of the plant and training UNMISS Medical Personnel on the safe and proficient use of the Oxygen Generating Plant.

Conditions

Interested vendors are invited to submit their EOI by courier, email or hand delivery as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:

1. As a mandatory requirement for UNMISS, before submitting their EOI response, interested service providers are required to be fully registered as a supplier in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link https://www.ungm.org.

2. Proof that the vendor is registered in UNGM as a supplier of the items under UN Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPSC) 42000000 – Medical Equipment Accessories and Supplies.

3. UNMISS Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration number under the above UNSPSC.

The EOI, clearly marked ” Provision of Oxygen Generating Plant and Ancillary Services for UNMISS ” must be received by UNMISS no later than Monday, 30 September 2019 at 16:00 hours local time in the Republic of South Sudan (GMT or UTC +3), via email to tewodrosk@un.org with copy to hilowle@un.org and wambuguk@un.org in copy.
