The United Nations, through the upcoming Request for Proposal, will seek to establish a non-exclusive contract with a qualified company for the provision of the following International Mail On-forwarding services for non-time sensitive/non accountable shipments containing small letter mail, light letter mail, books, folders, printed materials, etc., dispatched from the United Nations Headquarters in New York City:
- International First-Class Airmail Service, and
- International Second-Class Airmail Service
Vendors interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should submit the Vendor Response Form of the attached EOI document electronically (through the link available on the Vendor Response Form) before the closing date set forth above.
