Item Description:
The European External Action Service (EEAS) (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are enclosed in the attached ZIP File.
This procurement relates to the provision of information system development lifecycle services to the EEAS. The systems development lifecycle is the overall process for developing information systems from planning and analysis through implementation, testing, evolving and corrective maintenance and deployment operations. It also includes the provision of system manager training and technical support to end-users communities.
