The World Bank Group (the Purchaser) is the world’s largest source of country development assistance, providing approximately $40 billion in loans annually to its approximately 185 member countries. The information in this terms of reference (TOR) describes the objectives and requirements that the World Bank (the Purchaser) has for the Contractors in providing external recruitment services to the Purchaser’s Sofia, Bulgaria Office.
This document outlines the scope of services and responsibilities of the Contractor to enable the provision of quality service in providing the Purchaser with external recruitment services.
The Purchaser’s office is seeking to work with search firms with a strong experience in recruiting high calibre candidates with professional experience in the field of Information and Technology Solutions (see annex of ITS job titles), Treasury and Human Resource.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
