Provision of Enterprise Agile Coach Services

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organisation saving lives and changing lives, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience.

WFP is seeking to embrace Agile as a culture shift. To enable this change, WFP is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified Agile Coaches with previous expertise in Enterprise Agile Coaching, to join our digital transformation services team on-site in Rome, Italy. Participants should meet the following criteria:

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum with at least 12 years of experience in the use of Agile methodologies and supporting tools, including acting as Scrum Master or Product Owner;
• Experience as an Agile Coach: coaching “beyond the team” to help senior managers and leaders to understand and adopt an agile mindset; and at least three years’ experience in developing and delivering classroom-based training/workshops and hands-on team Agile coaching;
• Agile certifications (e.g. CTC, CEC, CST).

Response

In order to participate in the pre-selection exercise, Agile Coaches are required to provide the following:

• Confirmation of interest in being considered for the delivery of the above on-site services;
• Company description and brief summary of experience in the required business (max 1 page);
• No financial proposal is required at this stage.

Upon receipt of a positive response, WFP may proceed with the next steps to engage a vendor.
