Item Description:
The United Nations Office in Geneva located at Palais des Nations in Geneva seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a solicitation it intends to issue Insurance services for UNOG Vehicles fleet as detailed below:
- 1 Truck
- 1 Garden engine
- 1 Industrial Tractor
- 21 Delivery Vehicles
- 1 Sweeper Truck
- 1 Fire Truck
- 14 Tourism Vehicles
The services will include:
- Third Party Liability insurance up to CHF 100 million for tourism car, delivery car and trucks and up to 5 million for tractor and motor engines.
- Deductible by event
- Deductible for collision
- Casco insurance
- Insurance accidents for the occupants
The period of coverage of the insurance policy will be: 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
Specific conditions are required such the payment of civil liability deductible and CC by the insurer once per year (deductibles are not deducted of services paid)
L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des expressions d’intérêt (EOI – « Expression of Interest ») souhaite recevoir pour un appel d’offres qu’il a l’intention de lancer pour les services d’assurance de la flotte de véhicules à moteur de l’ONUG décrits ci-dessous:
- 1 camion
- 1 machine de travail jardin
- 1 tracteur industriel
- 21 véhicules de livraison
- 1 balayeuse
- 1 camion de pompier
- 14 véhicules de tourisme
Les services requis sont les suivants:
- Responsabilité civile jusqu’à hauteur de CHF 100 millions pour les véhicules de tourisme, de livraison et camions, et à hauteur de CHF 5 millions pour les machines de travail et tracteurs.
- Franchise par événement
- Franchise en cas de collision
- Casco assurance
- Assurance accidents des occupants
La période de couverture de la police d’assurance débutera le 1 janvier 2020 et se terminera le 31 décembre 2022.
Les conditions particulières demandées par exemple l’encaissement des franchises RC et CC par l’assureur une fois par année. Les franchises ne sont pas déduites des prestations versées.
