Procurement of Conference Facilities Packages and Accommodation (CFA) for UNICEF Malaysia

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) was created by the United Nations General Assembly on 11 December 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. In 1950, UNICEF’s mandate was extended to address the long-term needs of children and women in developing countries everywhere. In 1953 it became a permanent part of the United Nations System, and the words “international” and “emergency” were dropped from the organization’s name, making it simply the United Nations Children’s Fund, retaining the original acronym, “UNICEF”.

Invitation to Bid

Please find attached Invitation to Bid (ITB), Ref. LIBS-2019-9152325 for the Establishment of Long Term Arrangement for the Conference Facilities Packages and Accommodation (CFA) for UNICEF (MALAYSIA) .

Please find attached Bid document with subject TOR and financial proposal template for your action and we request you to kindly submit your best offer by  08 October 2019 3:00PM (Kuala Lumpur 8GMT) to (MLY-Kuala Lumpur Procurement mlya-procurement@unicef.org).  Any bids received beyond the deadline will be INVALIDATED.
