UNDP Uganda intends to build office premises at its UN Village in Kampala located at Plots 5and 7 Nakasero Road, Plots 1 and 3, Princess Avenue and Plots 2 King’s Avenue.

UNDP Uganda is seeking to hire a qualified firm to provide architectural, structural, landscaping design and consultancy services, to develop a roadmap for the refurbishment of part of the premises and demolish some of the existing structures. 

There will be a pre-bid conference, details of which are contained in the RFQ Document.

Vendors must confirm attendance to UNDP latest by 5:00pm on the 20th of December 2022. Only vendors who confirm attendance will be allowed entry to the venue of the pre-bid conference.

Please note that attendance is mandatory for interested bidders.
