Provision of Primary Health Care Services

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project–Additional Financing (UPHCSDP-AF), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Project, on behalf of the Local Government Division (LGD) of the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Non-Consulting Services of Provision of Primary Health Care Services in Urban Partnership Areas in Bangladesh.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: Two-Envelope procedure through electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.

Invitation for Bids
